SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN STATUS KARYAWAN BERBASIS ANALYTICAL HERARCHY PROCESS
Abstract
This study aims to design a decision support system for determining employee status using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The main problem addressed is the employee evaluation process that remains manual, weakly documented, and potentially subjective when several assessment criteria have different levels of importance. This study employed a Research and Development approach consisting of problem identification, data collection, criteria determination, AHP weighting, system design, and result evaluation. The assessment criteria included discipline, work quality, responsibility, loyalty, productivity, and teamwork. The results showed that discipline obtained the highest weight of 0.302, followed by work quality at 0.223 and responsibility at 0.167. The Consistency Ratio value of 0.035 indicated that the pairwise comparison matrix met the consistency threshold. The assessment results produced two employees recommended for permanent status and three employees recommended for contract extension. The proposed system can assist management in accelerating score recapitulation, reducing calculation errors, and producing more transparent decisions.
