PENGARUH KOMISI TERHADAP KINERJA MARKETING FREELANCE MENGGUNAKAN REGRESI LINIER
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of commission on freelance marketing performance and to design an information system for commission calculation in a property brokerage company. The study applies a quantitative-applied approach using multiple linear regression. The independent variables include commission, leadership style, work environment, and teamwork, while the dependent variable is freelance marketing performance. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires, observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The regression model produced an R Square of 0.506 and an Adjusted R Square of 0.111. The ANOVA significance value was 0.388, indicating that the simultaneous effect of the independent variables was not significant at the 0.05 level. However, commission and teamwork showed positive directions of influence on performance. The system design includes login, agent master data, property master data, sales transactions, rental transactions, commission calculation, commission slips, and commission reporting. The findings indicate that commission management should not rely only on nominal incentives, but also on transparent formulas, timely payment, and documented information-system support.
