CHATBOT APPLICATION DESIGN FOR ORDERING PROCESS IN DIGITAL PRINTING USING NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING (NLP) METHOD USING PYHTON

Technology has become a significant development in our lives, present in every aspect of our activities. Initially, humans did everything manually, but with the advancement of technology, many tasks that were previously done manually can now be automated by technology. One example of this is in the field of communication. Previously, communicating between humans was very difficult if not done face-to-face. However, thanks to technology, we can now communicate anywhere and anytime. A concrete example of this is applications like Telegram, which is one of the social media applications that allows us to communicate with many people remotely, whether through sharing videos, messages, or photos. Besides Telegram, there are also many similar applications such as WhatsApp, Line, Facebook, and so on. This research aims to design and develop a chatbot application that can be used for processing orders in the field of digital printing by utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods using the Python programming language. This chatbot application is designed to improve the efficiency and quality of services in the processing of digital printing orders, replacing human interactions that are typically done through text messages or chats. Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods are used to enable the chatbot to understand and respond to user requests based on natural human language. Consequently, users can interact with the chatbot through a text interface in a more intuitive manner, resembling conversations with humans. It is hoped that this chatbot application can make a positive contribution to enhancing efficiency and user experience in the processing of digital printing orders and can serve as a foundation for the development of similar chatbot applications in various other industries.
