ANALISIS PERSEPSI KONTEN TIKTOK @HEY.TESSSS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN KESEHATAN MENTAL

This research aims to analyse how the audience's perception of TikTok content presented by @hey.tessss in increasing mental health awareness, as well as understanding how interaction is built between creators and audiences. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with non-participatory observation methods, content analysis, and in-depth interviews with followers of the @hey.tessss account. Based on the Uses and Gratifications Theory which is used to understand the motivation and audience satisfaction in accessing mental health educational content. Research results show that @hey.tessss content is able to build audience awareness through empathetic delivery, easy-to-understand language, and strong interaction with followers. The communication strategy forms a supportive digital community and increases awareness and understanding of the importance of maintaining mental health. This research shows that social media, especially TikTok, can be an effective educational advice if used with the right and communicative approach.
