Abstract

 This study focuses on a descriptive study of World Management and explores the role of talent in the live streaming industry of social media applications. With the development of information and communication technology, the phenomenon of live streaming is increasingly popular. This opens up new opportunities for talents to interact with audiences in real-time anywhere and anytime of course. To understand how talents build and manage their personas both in front of and behind the scenes, this study uses a qualitative approach equipped with dramaturgy theory. In-depth interviews with world management owners and talents, live streaming session observations, and documentation from various related sources were used to collect data. Data analysis was carried out in depth to find important patterns in the roles and approaches used by world management to the talents they oversee. This study has produced a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the live streaming industry, especially about how talents increase their popularity by presenting various interesting content during live streaming broadcasts of course. This study also aims to reveal the talent management methods used by World Management to optimize the abilities of their talents on social media, especially in the mico live application of course.
